What to write to us about
- Factual corrections. Wrong model ID, outdated price, broken link, mis-stated license, dated benchmark. Tell us the article URL and the specific line. We act on these first.
- Update requests. A pricing change, a new DeepSeek release, a regulator’s decision — point us at the source and we will refresh affected articles.
- Topic suggestions. A guide or comparison you wish existed.
- Press and editorial. Quote requests, interview asks, syndication queries.
Response time
We aim to read every email within two working days and reply to anything that needs a reply within five. Correction reports usually move faster — in most cases an article is updated the same day we read the email.
What we cannot help with
- DeepSeek account, billing, or API issues. We are not DeepSeek. For account, login, billing, or API support, contact DeepSeek through the official platform or the support channels listed there.
- Legal or compliance advice. Articles on regulatory status or licensing are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
- Personalised consulting. We do not currently offer one-to-one technical consulting on DeepSeek deployments. Many of the questions we get asked privately end up answered in articles instead — that is usually the more useful outcome.

DeepSeek AI Guide operates as a small online publication. We do not maintain a public mailing address. For correspondence that needs to be on paper, email us first and we will arrange a route.
